Our delivery charges are based on each order value which, when exceeded in the guide shown, qualifies for free delivery.
If we have made any mistake in pricing or shipping, we will endeavour to correct it and satisfy your request.
We normally do, but cannot always guarantee, immediate shipment. This is due to demand peaks and our ordering or customisation/manufacturing process. Items not in stock are normally marked as such on the site to prevent disappointment.
Special Order items are normally only invoiced on receipt of stock to us.
We may choose not to accept an order for any reason and refund any monies paid.
Within EU Under Distance Selling Regulations, orders may be returned for a full refund if the order is returned within 28 days of receipt. Return postage and costs are the customers responsibility. Refunds will be issued generally within 14 days of receipt.
